Paul Moy Associates are approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to BS EN ISO9001:2000.The concept of providing a quality service by understanding and satisfying clients requirements is fundamental to all work undertaken by our company.
The aim of quality management within Paul Moy Associates is to achieve the satisfaction of client requirements in the execution of each service provided. In order to achieve this aim, the quality system is fully integrated into the design, administration and management activities and is mandatory for all staff. All employees are encouraged to seek improvements to the quality system. These improvements are implemented and communicated by the Managing Director. This includes opportunities to automate functions and lessen the environmental impact of Paul Moy Associates' operations.
