PMA designed the specialist mechanical and electrical services for the creation of Conservation Centre, Victoria St Liverpool. The project was a conversion of a Grade II listed Victorian Warehouse in the City Centre to provide a central location for the restoration and preservation of Liverpool’s collection. Services value £2M. |

The project is part of a £25M master plan to redevelop this Grade II listed building. PMA are currently working on a highly complex design for the conversion and refurbishment of several areas in the Gallery to create a new entrance, education suite, art gallery shop and additional display areas.
