PMA are working with Laing O’Rourke, BDP, EC Harris and Lorne Stewart on the design for the redevelopment of Aintree Racecourse. The design includes two new grandstands, a relocated parade ring, extended stables, a new weighing room and media centre. Work finished time for the Grand National of 2007. Project Value £35M |

This project consisted of the refurbishment of various void spaces within the existing Albert Dock Hotel Complex for the Holiday Inn Express. An additional 20 guest bedrooms were created, together with Managers accommodation and various meeting rooms. Project value £0.5M |
